PyCaps provides a Python library and API for video caption generation and styling. You may use the Service only as permitted in these Terms and any applicable laws. 5. User Content

When using our AI features, you may submit content such as video scripts ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

We do not use User Content for training AI models unless you give explicit consent.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some aspects of the Service require payment. Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms.
